Age and Restrictions:
All tours have a minimum age requirement of five (5) years old. Before booking online, please read our reservation requirements carefully. We are unable to refund cancellations due to guest’s not meeting minimum requirements.
A credit card is required at time of booking. Credit Cards accepted are Visa, MasterCard or American Express. Payment will be processed the day of booking. If you’d like to make alternate arrangements for payment (cash or travelers checks), please email us your request in advance to: firstname.lastname@example.org or call 808-498-4930 and we will be happy to accommodate your request.
Please provide your cell phone number and local accommodations so that we may contact you in the event of last minute itinerary changes or cancellations due to weather or emergencies. While cancellations and changes are rare, we are usually able to accommodate everyone as long we have a way to contact them.
Provisions of Service:
Essential Hawai‘i reserves the right to cancel scheduled tours, attractions and activities at any time in the event of hazardous weather conditions or unforeseen operational problems. Essential Hawai‘i, Inc. reserves the right to refuse admission to anyone at its sole discretion. Essential Hawai‘i, Inc. will not be responsible for delays, injury, loss, accident or damages to person or personal property.
Essential Hawai‘i, Inc. shall not be liable to any individual utilizing these tour programs for delays, injury, loss, accident or damage to persons or property beyond its control. Natural phenomena are random and out of the control of the tour operator. Prices, features and/or menu are subject to change without notice.
Minimum numbers apply. There is a possibility of cancellation after confirmation if there are not enough passengers to meet requirements. In the event of this occurring, you will be offered an alternative or full refund.
We understand that circumstances change and you may need to cancel your reservation. Full price will be charged for cancellations and “no shows” unless we receive prior notice as follows: One to five guests – 24 hours; Six or more guests – 48 hours; Private/Custom charters – 72 hours.
